Clear costs on both sides of the ticket.
The organizer pays the applicable Kitix platform fee on paid tickets; the standard rate is 2%. Payment processing is separate. Kitix does not add a separate mandatory fee to the buyer’s checkout total, and ticket revenue settles through the organizer’s connected payment account.

Each organization receives 50 free-ticket inventory credits per calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Paid-ticket processing fees and account requirements are set by the organizer’s payment processor.
