Protect your information
Do not send identity documents, passwords or ticket codes to an unverified address. Organizer staff access is scoped to event work; it is not a private Kitix account-support channel.
Current product direction
Kitix’s approved direction is to collect and retain personal information only as needed to operate the service, including email addresses, account details and ticket/order records. It permits privacy-focused usage and performance analytics, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, but no advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or sale of personal information. Browser storage remains limited to essential authentication. Final privacy wording and verification of data handling are still under review. Separate payment-provider pages have their own disclosures.
What is not promised yet
This manual does not promise an account-deletion button, a retention period or a response deadline. Verified request instructions will be added when the operating process is ready.
This manual covers implemented web features and clearly marked future work. Production availability depends on rollout and your permissions. About status and legal documents.
