Legal documents and availability

Understand the difference between a guide, a planned feature and an approved policy.

Approval pendingContent reviewed
Before you begin

Legal drafts are not approved or published. This help center is operational guidance, not a contract, acceptance flow or legal policy.

Not everything described is live

Implemented describes repository capability. Production registration, onboarding and payment activation have separate gates. Planned or approval-pending pages do not make those features available.

Legal documents

The Terms, Organizer Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and related documents are under review. Draft wording is not reproduced here and is not presented for acceptance.

What a help page cannot do

A help page cannot create a new fee, decide a refund entitlement, change privacy commitments or override applicable approved terms. Conflicts require review rather than quietly changing the manual to match a bug.

Status labels

Each guide shows its implementation or approval status. A review date describes editorial review, not a promise that a production rollout occurred on that date.

This manual covers implemented web features and clearly marked future work. Production availability depends on rollout and your permissions. About status and legal documents.
