Choose a ticket type and complete provider-hosted payment.

Before you begin
Live paid checkout and ticket emails require separate production activation. TestPay is a simulation: it does not charge you or pay an organizer.
When paid ticketing is enabled
- Open the event and choose Buy tickets.
- Select an available ticket type, enter your full name and email, and choose the quantity. Check the price and currency.
- Choose Continue to Payment and finish with the organizer’s payment provider.
- Wait for confirmation. A ticket is issued after payment has been verified, not simply because you returned from the provider.
Before trying again
If the result is unclear, check the confirmation page and ticket email before starting another purchase. A network error is not proof that a payment failed.
Who receives the payment
The organizer is the merchant. Kitix does not hold ticket proceeds. The applicable Kitix fee is paid by the organizer, not added as a separate mandatory attendee fee.
