Before you begin

My tickets requires sign-in. Ticket email delivery requires separate activation; it is not a promise of guest-account recovery or guaranteed inbox delivery.

Use your ticket email

Where ticket email delivery is enabled, a successful purchase or free claim queues an email to the address entered for the ticket. Paid tickets are emailed only after verified payment and ticket issuance.

The email includes the event title, start and end times labeled UTC, venue and address when supplied, ticket types and a separate QR image for each ticket. If an image is hidden, open its ticket-number PNG attachment. Show each QR code at the entrance and keep the codes private.

Email delivery can be delayed or fail. Check filtered mail and your confirmation before purchasing again. A missing email does not cancel an issued ticket. Email images grant admission only; they do not grant account access or refund authority.

Open your ticket list

  1. Choose My tickets in the navigation.
  2. If prompted, choose Sign In and sign in to the account associated with your tickets.
  3. Find the event. The ticket shows its type, event time, current event status and check-in state. Where event changes have been activated, prior dates remain visible and cancelled tickets remain in the list but are not valid for entry. A cancelled-event status does not prove that a refund has completed. Where buyer-choice processing is activated, a processing fence also suppresses valid-entry display; pending requests alone do not claim a completed refund.

If the list will not load

Use Try again when an error is shown. A loading error does not mean your ticket was cancelled. Do not buy another ticket just to fix a display error.

If a ticket is missing

Check that you signed in to the intended account and look for your original ticket email. An empty list and a failed load are different situations.
