Sign in with email or a passkey

Return to your account without a Kitix password.

Before you begin

Passwordless access depends on rollout and email delivery. Production account creation remains closed until approved Terms and delivery are ready. Local test documents are not legal agreements.

  1. Open Account. Choose Continue with passkey if you already have a Kitix passkey on a supported browser, or enter your email address.
  2. For email access, enter the code sent to that address. Check filtered mail if needed; never share the code.
  3. Once your email is verified, an existing account signs in. A new user completes the signup step only where registration is available.
  4. After sign-in, return to your intended account, ticket or workspace page. Kitix does not offer password login or password reset.

Finish a new account

Verifying a new email does not itself create an account. Review the displayed Terms and Privacy Notice and complete the required unchecked confirmations before choosing to create the account. If you decline, no account is created.

You can then add a passkey or skip setup for ordinary account access. Organizer permissions and organizer agreements are separate from buyer signup.

Passkeys and sensitive actions

Use Account → Security to add a passkey when permitted or verify an existing passkey. Sensitive organizer and administration actions require recent passkey verification as well as the right permissions. If asked, verify and retry the action.

An email code cannot replace an established passkey or bypass sensitive-action protection. If all passkeys are lost, ordinary email sign-in may still work, but protected access needs a separately reviewed recovery path. Do not assume that contacting an unverified inbox restores access.

Passkey prompts use your device or authenticator. Browser support and device availability vary. Native-app passkey support is not part of this browser rollout.

If a code does not work or arrive

Check the address and filtered mail. Wait for the resend control, then request a new code. Codes expire, work once and have limited attempts; after requesting a replacement, use the latest code.

Delivery errors are not proof that an email was sent. Local outbox fixtures are not evidence of live delivery. You can use an already enrolled passkey when email delivery is unavailable.

Access is separate from sign-in

Signing in or verifying a passkey does not grant organization or event permissions. Ask the organization administrator if a workspace you need is missing.
