Get organizer access
Understand who can create and manage events.
Organizer onboarding is controlled. Open self-service organization creation and live payment activation are not generally available. Sensitive organizer actions and private attendee, member or sales reads also require recent passkey verification in Account → Security.
If you want to organize
Use the organizer-access invitation request on the main site. An invitation request is not confirmation that an organization or payment account has been activated.
If you already have access
- Sign in to your own account.
- Choose the intended organization before creating an event or changing settings.
- Check your assigned role if an action is missing; ask an organization administrator rather than sharing their login.
Different jobs, different access
Administrators create events and manage the team. An event manager receives access to assigned events. Entry staff and finance viewers have narrower permissions.
