Your free-ticket allowance
Understand monthly credits, reservations and renewal.
Each organization receives 50 credits per UTC calendar month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Sensitive organizer actions and private attendee, member or sales reads also require recent passkey verification in Account → Security.
Reserved is not the same as issued
Allocating free-ticket availability reserves credits. Issuing a ticket uses one credit. Unsold reserved credits can be released and reassigned during the same month, subject to existing issued tickets.
Review your inventory
- Open the organization settings and find its free-ticket inventory.
- Check the monthly grant, remaining credits and event allocations before changing availability.
- Set the event allocation and save. If rejected, read the error and check issued tickets and remaining credits before trying again.
At the month boundary
An earlier month’s allocation cannot issue more tickets or be increased. Allocate from the new month’s grant before offering more tickets. Existing allocations do not silently roll over.
Limits
Credits belong to the organization, do not transfer between organizations and must not be evaded through duplicate accounts or organizations. This guide does not promise credit restoration after cancellation.
