Attendees and sales reports
Use the right event view for entry or reporting.
The views you can open depend on your role. Kitix sales reporting is not a provider bank-payout statement. Sensitive organizer actions and private attendee, member or sales reads also require recent passkey verification in Account → Security.
Open an event report
- Choose the intended event from the organizer workspace.
- Open its attendees view for entry work, or its sales view for reporting if your role permits it.
- Check the event and ticket-type labels before using the figures or attendee state.
Privacy at entry
Entry staff receive the information needed to validate admission, not unrestricted contact data. Do not copy attendee information into public messages or personal spreadsheets.
Missing actions
A missing sales or attendee action can reflect role restrictions, not a broken event. Ask the administrator to review your assignment instead of borrowing an account.
